Replace in-image source compile of lab with a download of the public latest- release asset. Drops the build-time FORGE_TOKEN/secret machinery; arch-detected, md5-verified. Triggers a lab-builder image rebuild per branch.

Replace in-image source compile of lab with a download of the public latest-<branch> release asset. Drops the build-time FORGE_TOKEN/secret machinery; arch-detected, md5-verified. Triggers a lab-builder image rebuild per branch.
- Fetch lab from public latest-<branch> release asset
- Drop build-time FORGE_TOKEN, secret mount, leak guard
- Verify binary via md5 sidecar, arch-detected
- Token now only needed to push the image
