Mirror of the slides setup: on every push to development, wait for lab-publish to upload binaries to releases/download/latest, then hot-swap hero_whiteboard_server + hero_whiteboard_admin on the devwhiteboard VM and zinit-restart them.

Runner installed + registered on the VM (label devwhiteboard:host).
