client for browser

make mini vault in webassembly or js (keep private key encrypted in kvs in browser)
allow signing of call's to heroledger
wrap client to our heroledger so its easy for UI to call functions in vault & sign

question

how does UI call the ledger functions through this client

remark

eventually all of this will be behind hero bin, running privately for the user, now to get started we do in UI widget/client

admin functions

if vault sees we are admin, we get some additional power features e.g. mint money GLD for account (for testing right now)
