Addressed in PR #24 (branch development-fixes-feb).

  • Force quality=1 (INT8, fastest, 384-dim) when creating hero_embedder namespaces
  • Added namespace_create_with_quality() to hero_embedder SDK (pushed separately to hero_embedder development)

Confirmed done. hero_books hardcodes Q1 (INT8) quantization in both store.rs:ensure_index() and embedder/client.rs:create_namespace() — always passes quality=1 to namespace_create_with_quality.
