Support TLSPassthrough metrics by implementing a middleware for the routes to calculate bytes read and written to the underlying connection with SNI and adding them to the available prometheus metrics.

and support for non TLSPassthrough as well because the metrics pushed are not done per user so it's harder to aggregate for a certain user
